**Job Overview**:
We have a position for a site supervisor with an electrical background to support the overseeing of contractors and vendors on solar power plant sites, provide trouble shooting and confirm compliance with engineering design and drawings. He will be responsible for the day to day supervision of a multi-discipline solar project, coordinate site construction activities and supervise field personnel as required to successfully complete solar rooftop & ground mounted projects on schedule and within budget. The site supervisor works diligently to build a safe, high quality, solar plant.

Working Conditions: Site Supervisors spend 50% of the time working in the field. 50% of the time is spent in the office environment utilizing computer, phones and general office equipment and supplies for reporting functions and record keeping.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate construction workers, subcontractors and vendors.
- Review the work progress and quality on a daily basis.
- Accept deliveries and inspect materials at project sites on a timely basis by the most effective, efficient means.
- Document and resolve issues.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Complete QC inspection and documentation on-site accurately.
- Ensure that projects are constructed safely and to high quality standard.
- Participate in on-site meetings with clients, contractors, utility and other stakeholders.

Responsible for data collection, work order processing, and summary reports.
- Use technical knowledge and experience to optimize site performance.
- Manage on site technicians, including contractors
- Monitor tool and part inventories.
- Provides guidance, training and direction to subordinates, including setting site and individual goals, and performance standards.
- Create and complete Service Orders and Purchase Requisitions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI/ Diploma in Electrical
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in execution of Solar rooftop and Ground Mounted projects
- Basic computer experience required, creating spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Software Programs.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
