We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented Site Supervisor to join our team to oversee the construction of interior fit-out projects. You will use your expertise to ensure smooth functioning, timely completion, and adherence to a high quality of the project. You will have a lead role in planning and monitoring multiple projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate & Oversee the progress of all fit-out activities
- Develop project plan, schedule and activity schedule
- Ensuring the contractors and vendors follow all the guidelines/protocols
- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Checking inventory and placing orders for building materials as when required
- Reviewing daily project progress and suggesting any improvement measures
- Communicating the progress report to the Client & the Design Lead
- Attending any on-site meetings or events

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager
- Familiarity with interior fit-out projects
- Excellent at time management
- Knowledge of Project Management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work for long hours
- Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability
- Ability to offer a high level of customer service
- Detail-oriented and a team player

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
