**Job brief**:
This role involves coordinating and managing logistics processes, from product storage to transportation, to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. The Logistics Executive will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize the logistics workflow, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfilment.

Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.

Collaborate with suppliers and third-party providers to negotiate contracts and ensure SLAs are met.

Monitor logistics partner performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.

Implement best practices in inventory management to avoid stockouts or overstock.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

Develop strategies to improve logistics and supply chain performance.

Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Prepare and manage shipping, customs, and transportation documentation.

Resolve customer complaints related to logistics and delivery.

Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Track and analyse logistics data, including delivery times and costs.

Prepare regular reports for management on logistics performance.
