## **Responsibilities**:

3. **Client Relationship**: Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers.

6. **Appointments**: Schedule site visits or meetings between clients and property consultants.
7. **Marketing Support**: Support the marketing team by promoting new property listings, offers, and services.
8. **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by transferring qualified leads and giving them relevant information about the clients.
9. **Handle Queries**: Answer questions about the property, pricing, and process, and resolve any client issues.
## **Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages (if applicable).
- Persuasive and good at negotiating.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
## **Qualification**:
- Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
