Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and digital platforms
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of calls, meetings, and closures
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and field marketing when required

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Marketing/Sales/Engineering background)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales (Freshers with passion for sales can apply)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM usage)
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (for field sales roles)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹22,000.00 per month
