**Job Title**:Executive - Talent Acquisition

**Reporting to**: Director

**Location: Work-From-Home**

As a Talent Acquisition Executive you will be working in partnership with senior managers and HR on all aspects of recruitment. You will be recruiting teachers and non-academic staff for educational institutions across the Middle East from markets teaching Cambridge and other UK Curriculum education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition through to the on
- Implementing and embedding hiring processes, providing guidance and advise on routes to market & providing market and data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make
- Responsible for arranging interviews as well as identifying and implementing screening assessments where appropriate
- Ideally, a proven track record of recruiting for educational institutions such as teachers or similar industry
- Ideally a background of agency
- Exposure to global recruitment practice and experience of working within global organisations and job seekers
- Solid understanding of Employment law in the Middle East
- Experience of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of stakeholder management
- High levels of tenacity, creativity and lateral thinking

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
