In this role your key responsibilities will be:
Why you?
The incumbent will need to be able to connect & empathize with people and understand their needs to be able to design relevant interventions that enable people and teams. In addition there may be special projects in the field of HR through the course of the year that the incumbent may be expected to take for his/her personal development
Basic Qualification:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in L&D, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Experience in employer branding and/or DEI initiatives is a plus.
- The role is expected to independently manage end to end L&D planning & execution with mínimal supervision. Having relevant experience will fast track the integration in the role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting.
- Desire to learn and use new software tools
- Should be proactive and willing to take up new assignments and Projects
- High Learning Agility, willingness to experiment and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Planning & Execution skills.
- Constant desire to try new ways to engage target audience.
- Strong creative thinking capabilities.
