**Job Summary**

Quality Inspector is an important post in the company who is responsible to ensure the quality of all the parts manufactured within the company and outsourced. The **QI** is integrated with the Stores Department and the Production Department.

Direct report to **Works Manager**.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- All press part and welding assy, Machining part Quality control.
- Plan and Organize overall activities of **IPQC**.(In coming parts quality control)
- Ensuring compliance with production standards & continuous improvement in process capabalities during the manufacturing process
- Adhering compliance to various quality measures including **IATF** there by ensuring quality of final product
- Communication of containment action to customers
- Customer claims and complaints handling, tracking and reporting to management
- Continuously doing Kaizan and Lean Activities
- Handle entire quality peocess

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- ITI, Diploma or Bachelor degree in **Mechanical Engineering.**
