- **Documentation**: Maintain records of inspections, tests, and any quality issues found.

- **Process Improvement**: Recommend and contribute to improvements in the production process to enhance quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments, such as production, engineering, and management, to address quality concerns.
