**What you’ll do**:

- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, key leadership with hiring and employment data.
- Manage on engagement and/or campus activities, event planning and execution, positioning DTCC as the employer of choice
- Actively participate in internship program planning, execution and continuous improvement
- Plan and execute intern events including community service, networking and lunch and learns
- Seek out opportunities to build relationships with non-core schools and key diversity organizations
- Track and report on campus recruiting results to identify areas for process and performance improvements
- Establish and maintain a central calendar of campus recruitment timelines, events and projects
- Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses
- Additional Human Resource projects as assigned

**Talents Needed For Success**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 3 years of campus recruiting experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (i.e.: ORC) preferred
- Knowledge of financial services a plus
- Experience on navigating strategies on job boards specific to finding early career talent in Chennai
- Must be familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
