Our Citi Early Career team are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Early Career, Campus Recruiter -**to join our team.

The Early Career Campus Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process and onboarding for Early Career Programs. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy. The Early Career, Campus Recruiter directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of various graduate programs. This role will support the campus recruiting and program management deliverables for our Operations & Technology business groups.

**In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Support the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the graduate programs
- Provide administrative support to Early Career processes including recruitment trackers, payments, etc.
- Plan and execute all on-campus and in-house recruitment activities including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews
- Be involved with wider Early Career projects and initiatives
- Support Internship activities such as onboarding, surveys etc.
- 2- 5 year’s recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agency
- Understanding of banking industry and culture will be advantage
- Strong communication, excel and presentation skills
- Experience in managing multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
