We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused **Inside Sales Officer - Business Loans** to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers over phone and digital platforms, and converting those leads into successful business loan disbursals. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and loan processing, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Needs Assessment**: Understand the financing needs of small and medium businesses and offer suitable loan products accordingly.
- **Documentation Coordination**: Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with internal teams for processing and approvals.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in selling Business Loans or similar financial products.
- **Language**: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in English or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- **Education**: Graduate degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
