We're a renowned After School Academy dedicated to nurturing talent and passion for Kids and Adults. We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Female**Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for generating leads, converting them into enrolled students, and promoting our school's programs and services. If you're passionate about education and have excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales and marketing, we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
1. Developing and implementing effective Marketing strategies to generate leads

2. Managing and maintaining a database of prospective students and existing students Via Whatsapp Tools Provided

3. Conducting tours and demos of our Learning Spaces to Prospective Students

4. Co-ordinate with the Front Office Team in converting the leads into enrolled students

5. Creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the school's programs and services via Whatsapp and other Social Media

6. Creating engaging content for Whatsapp and other Social Media along with the Copywriting team

7. Collaborating with the teaching staff to understand course offerings and promote them to potential students

8. Build relationships with existing students and parents

9. Making outbound calls to existing students, parents, and prospective students

10. Providing information about our school's programs, services, and events

11. Answering queries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner

12. Updating records and databases with accurate information

13. Following up on leads, inquiries, and feedback

14. Collaborating with the admissions and teaching teams to ensure seamless communication

15. To find new Vendors to conduct programs in our Learning Spaces

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and marketing experience (freshers welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Google Sheets, Whatsapp and social media platforms
