We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **AI Markets - AVP**

**What you’ll do**:
**Key Responsibilities***

**Impact on the Business/Function**
- Assist in development of AI Markets brand and features for MSS
- AI Tech-Oriented Sales Support: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities leveraging AI technologies, digital products, and your expertise in the FICC space.
- Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Utilize AI-driven analytics to track usage patterns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize AI Markets services adoption and commercialization.
- Cutting-edge Training and Education: Conduct specialized training sessions and workshops showcasing the AI-driven features of AI Markets, tailored to the needs of institutional investors in the FICC space.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized and timely support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues related to AI Markets with a deep understanding of financial products and market dynamics.

Requirements

**What you will need to succeed in the role**:

- Previous experience of working in a Global Investment Banking, trading or banking environment, FinTech etc.
- Experience in Python programming, AI, Generative AI and ML.
- Strong knowledge in MSS asset classes such as FX, Rates, Fixed Income and Equities
- AI Tech-Oriented Expertise: Proficiency in Python programming, machine learning techniques, and a strong orientation towards leveraging AI technologies within the financial domain.
- Digital Products Knowledge: Experience with digital products and platforms, particularly within the financial industry, to effectively engage clients and drive adoption of AI Markets services.
- FICC and Equities Space Experience (preferred): Prior experience in the Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities (FICC) space is a significant plus, as it provides valuable insights into client needs and market dynamics.
- Finance Background (preferred): A background in finance or related fields is preferred, as it enhances your ability to understand and address the complex requirements of institutional investors.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, derive insights, and recommend strategies for improving client engagement and service delivery.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technology, to drive innovation and deliver exceptional client experiences.
