**Job Title: Admission Counsellor / Admission Counsellor**

The Academic Counsellor provides academic guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their educational goals. They assist with course selection, career planning, and addressing academic challenges. The counsellor also serves as a bridge between students, faculty, and administrative departments, ensuring a smooth and enriching educational experience.

**Key & Responsibilities**
- Responsibilities for Admissions Counselling by calls or online platforms like zoom etc.
- Responsible to create pipeline as per university requirements and students’ eligibility.
- To create and maintain academic and contact data of students and parents on data sheets and crm.
- Contact applicant references to verify information.
- Coordinate applicant approval process.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Pursuing.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate students.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in academic counselling, education, or student support services is preferred, Counselling experience related to medical courses i.e MBBS, BAMS, BDS, Nursing and Paramedical courses.
- Experience study abroad or MBBS abroad agency is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
