We are seeking a dedicated **Education Counsellor** to join our dynamic counseling team. In this role, you will guide students and parents through the educational admission process, providing honest, personalized advice to help them make informed decisions about their academic future. Your role is pivotal in matching learners with the right programs based on their goals and interests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional counseling to students and parents regarding academic programs and admissions.
- Assist in identifying the most suitable education options based on each student’s profile, preferences, and aspirations.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students to nurture interest and support them through decision-making.
- support outreach and conversion efforts to help meet enrollment targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Strong communication skills** - verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with **CRM tools** and student management systems.
- Experience in **student advising** or educational counseling.
- Background in **sales** or client engagement roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
