**Your Role**:
As the COO, you will be the driving force behind our company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and helping to shape the strategic direction of the business. You’ll work closely with the MD and leadership team to manage growth, improve efficiency, and align our teams with our long-term goals. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we meet our operational, financial, and performance objectives while fostering a strong, inclusive company culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company's daily operations, ensuring all departments operate efficiently and effectively.
- Drive strategic planning and execution to meet company growth objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to craft and implement the company’s strategic vision and long-term objectives.
- Identify and assess growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks to guide strategic decisions.
- Lead product development teams to deliver high-quality gaming products on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure product development aligns with the company’s strategic goals and market needs.
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation,
- accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop senior management team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance its reputation and influence.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred from Premier Institutes only.
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles within product-based organizations.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling operations in a fast-paced, dynamic
- environment.
- Deep understanding of the gaming market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
