Client - Client GFCID Creation, Coverage updates, Client Contacts and Activities tracking, etc.
User account administration - Account creation, Account deletion, User Role based access setup, etc.
Advance support - Training, Portfolio Management, Resolving user queries, Ad-hoc report building in Business Objects, etc.

Compliance Responsibilities
Comply with the ethical standards contained in the Citi Code of Conduct
Ensure that the Private and Confidential information sought during the course of the work should be protected from disclosure. Individual will have an obligation to safeguard Confidential Information from loss or misuse, and to use it only in the performance of his / her employment responsibilities
6 - 7 years Citi experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
