**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to meet or exceed targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and client databases.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in **real estate sales** or property consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
