About the Company: NPPD CARE is a startup with a mission to revolutionize the healthcare industry through the use of technology. We are building a platform that will connect healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies in one easy-to-use interface.

About the Role: As a co-founder of NPPD CARE, you will work closely with the other co-founders to build and grow the company. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Developing and executing the company's strategic plan and vision
- Building and managing the company's team
- Raising funding and managing investor relations
- Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
- Building and managing partnerships with healthcare providers and insurance companies
- Building and managing the technology platform
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and security protocols
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a related field (healthcare, technology, entrepreneurship, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with fundraising and managing investor relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Experience building and managing partnerships and/or B2B sales
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape is a plus

Compensation: This position is an equity-only opportunity for the initial days. As the company grows, compensation will be adjusted accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
