Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Co-Founder located in Bengaluru. The Marketing Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves creating sales strategies, working closely with the sales team, and enhancing the company's communication efforts. The Marketing Co-Founder will play a key role in driving the company's growth and ensuring the brand's strong market presence.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication skills for articulating ideas and collaborating with team members
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to develop sales strategies
  • Marketing expertise and the capability to develop and implement marketing plans
  • Research skills to gather data and insights on market conditions
  • Leadership qualities to drive initiatives and mentor team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
