**Job Title**: Content Creator - Production team

**Job Brief**: We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to join our Production team. If you love storytelling through reels, have a knack for capturing the right moment, and enjoy being part of exciting events, this role is for you.

**Experience**:1-2 years of experience in content creation

**Salary**: As per Industry Standards

**Joining Date**: Immediate

**Responsibility**:

- Cover and create content for live events and shoots
- Shoot and edit short-form content
- Manage on-the-go camera work (primarily phone-based)
- Edit videos using mobile or tablet-based editing tools
- Work closely with the production and social media teams to execute creative ideas
- Be available on weekends, depending on shoot schedules
- Should stay updated with current social media trends and have strong connections within the content and creative industry

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media trends and formats
- Able to create content with people and face the camera (if required)
- Comfortable with mobile camera and capturing visuals
- Proficiency in video editing apps/software
- A creative eye, attention to detail, and quick turnaround time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in **Mass Media, Communications, Film, Design, or a related field**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant content work (especially Reels and event coverage)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
