The Role

You will be the face and voice of YourHappyLife across platforms. From snappy reels and daily stories to full blown brand campaigns, you will create content that educates, entertains, and converts. You will constantly experiment with new trends, formats, and ideas that get people to stop scrolling and start trusting.

What You Will Do

  • Be on camera daily, shoot reels, host product explainers, lifestyle videos, and community content
  • Ideate, script, and execute high performing video content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and video teams to plan weekly shoot calendars
  • Research trends, hooks, and formats across wellness, beauty, and lifestyle niches
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy that match our brand voice: fun, credible, human
  • Organize and manage shoots with in house or freelance videographers
  • Edit short form content using tools like CapCut, VN, or similar
  • Use Canva or similar tools to create engaging thumbnails and story layouts
  • Track performance metrics and share monthly reports on engagement and growth

Who You Are

  • Energetic, confident, and comfortable being on camera, you like being seen and heard
  • Strong communicator with clear diction and a relatable personality
  • Obsessed with trends, social media, and storytelling
  • Quick thinker with a sharp sense of humor, you know how to make learning feel fun
  • Self starter who can ideate, shoot, and post without constant supervision
  • Excellent written English; basic Hindi comfort is a plus
  • Skilled in Canva and at least one mobile editing app
  • Experience in health, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a bonus

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media
  • Proven on camera experience in brand reels, YouTube videos, or personal social media
  • A portfolio of previous work or links to social profiles is mandatory
