Job Brief:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Setting up new reengagement initiatives to scale the engagement of users and prioritizing them to scale the engagement from subscribers on the platform organically.

2. Should be able to create and maintain communities across social media networks, GooglePlay and other third party product related communities.

3. Build a strong reengagement loop for new users acquired and drive them towards conversion goals. Collaborate in product planning to drive impactful outcomes.

4. Lead execution of the re engagement programs over the short/medium term by building hypotheses and optimizing roadmaps through various platforms.

5. Own all on-platform reengagement optimization efforts and work closely with product and tech-team to make it super seamless for users to subscribe and join STAGE anywhere.

6. Work closely with the content and marketing team to build the right frameworks for user engagement efforts by micro / macro user segments.

7. Own planning and goals for the financial year.

8. Put entire re engagement activity in the organization into frameworks and processes that will help everyone measure, track and monitor all key metrics on a real time basis.

9. Help all teams to build insight and actionable ideas at the user level.

**Skills Required**:
1. We are looking for a Users & Community Engagement Executive to multiply our new subscribed users / old subscribed users engagement onto the OTT platform organically using multiple channels like Customer Engagement Platforms, social media and community networks.

3. The person shall be closely working with cross-functional teams to drive customer centric product experience.

4. The role will also involve creating innovation around acquiring new users organically.
5. The person must have fundamental knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics and mobile attribution platforms.

6. 2+ years of relevant experience, ability to turn complex data insights into easily understood data stories, having a growth mindset and comfortable in a cross functional environment.

STAGE is a hyper-local OTT platform that produces content in dialects like Haryanvi, Rajasthani etc. STAGE features content formats like long-duration web series, movies, short-films, standup comedians, poetry, folk & much more.

Started in 2019, STAGE currently focuses on Haryanavi only as a dialect. It has become the largest OTT in the region by generating 2m+ downloads already.
