Senior User Experience Design Specialist

Job Description:
The Role of a UI/UX Designer is to create high-quality user interface designs and user experiences that meet the needs of our users. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and UI best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Maintain consistency across products by following and contributing to design systems and style guides.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs.
- Take part in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve designs.
- Prepare and deliver well-organized Figma files and assets for development handoff.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful as a UI/UX Designer, you will need to possess the following skills:
- Strong Figma Skills: Proficiency in using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
- Design Principles: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and UI best practices.
- Responsive Design: Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design decisions and collaborating with teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs.
