**Responsibilities**:
Follow up on given leads and close them in time.

Identify potential customers and establish relationships to drive sales opportunities.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
