Objective:
Performance test Experience with LoadRunner/Performance Center, Jeter. Identify and recommend
NFR requirements for performance testing through analysis of product specifications and software
requirements. Design, develop, execute performance test cases and scripts NFR scenarios Effective
facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and
group size Ability to analyse test results and make sound conclusions. Experience with relational
databases and SQL query tools. Knowledge of infrastructure components (servers, network, load
balancers, switches, firewalls, etc) Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

- Work on a performance test team that is passionate about meeting objectives to scale the
solution to meet our enterprise customer’s needs.
- Efficiently Create, maintain and modify the Performance scripts on regular basis.
- Collaborate with functional testers, system testers, technical support and other stakeholders
to understand the solution’s usage model and areas of performance concern
- Execute the Performance scripts on regular basis on various servers.

- Analyse data requirements to ensure that performance environment reflects appropriate
customer-based scenarios
- Analyse the performance results and communicate or publish these to the respective
stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks in the performance flow and report the defect in case of issue.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, automatization.
- Mentor more junior performance test team staff.
- Analyse overall performance testing approach and identify options for improving
performance test efficiency.

- Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge on any performance tools like
- Perform analysis, design and implementation of performance scenario of an enterprise
- Knowledge of JDBC requests, HTTP & HTTPS protocols.
- Provide timely status updates and proactive communications on issues to the stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile Model.
- Have the ability and willingness to acquire an in-depth understanding of the domain and
scripts for customer issues.
- Knowledge on OS/Database Performance Monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of Java or other high level programming languages (C, Python, etc.).
- Understanding of processor, memory, storage, database, network, and I/O technologies.
- Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good to have knowledge on Performance Monitoring tool like Nmon.
- Knowledge on Python is an added advantage.
- Understanding of RESTful services and Semantic data (RDF or JSON).
