**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive (Tamil Language)

**Working Days**: 5 Days Working
**Shift Timing**: Rotational Shifts
**Salary**: ₹20,000 In-Hand
**Language Requirement**: Must be fluent in **Tamil** and basic **English**
**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass
**Experience**:Minimum 6 months of any work experience required**
**Cab Facility**: One-way **free drop** provided for shifts ending **10 PM and onwards**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and complaints over calls in **Tamil** for the **Airtel** process.
- Clearly explain Airtel products, plans, and services.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily targets in terms of quality and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and standard call handling procedures.

**Note**:

- **Fluency in Tamil is mandatory** for this role.
- **Minimum 6 months of any work experience is required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
