**Technical Expertise**: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment malfunctions, replacing faulty components and systems.
- **Maintenance & Installation**: Perform routine and preventive maintenance, install and commission new equipment, and manage maintenance schedules.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and train junior technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment maintenance history, and breakdown root causes.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a clean and safe work area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
