**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Chief General Technician** to lead and manage vehicle inspection operations. This role involves hands-on supervision, technical support, and team training.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor vehicle inspection processes
- Provide expert technical guidance on vehicle issues
- Train and support technician and evaluator teams

**Requirements**:

- **10+ years total experience** with **4-6 years in technician/mechanic roles**:

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair
- Ability to read and understand basic English

**Strict Criteria**
- No service advisor experience
- No commercial vehicle experience
- No experience in competitor companies (e.g., Cars24, OLX, CarDekho, CarWale, etc.)
- Experience in **OEM-based companies** (e.g., Mahindra First Choice, Maruti True Value) preferred
- No plant or manufacturing-only experience
