We are looking to add a skilled service technician to our team. In this position, it will be your job to diagnose the problems in our customers’ machines and repair them. And travel to different locations to perform the demos, repairs and Training to the customers. The Service Technician will install and test products and provide the details to customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product.

To do well as one of our service technicians, you will need to have a deep understanding of the machines that you work with. The role will involve strong collaboration with Overseas Dealers and Customers, while also ensuring timely resolution of product issues and damages and you should be physically fit to lift heavy equipment.

**Responsibilities include-**

1. Installing, Repair and testing company products/ farm equipment’s, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product and educating the customers/farmers on how to use and maintain their device.
- Utilize a variety of tools, products, and techniques to repair machine problems.

3. Provide technical support and guidance through multiple communication channels to ensure Dealer and customer satisfaction. And Answer any questions that our customers may have about the maintenance of their machines.
- Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.

5. Regular servicing of KisanKraft product when required for farm equipment, such as farm or factory machines, Petrol & diesel engines, fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed

6. Promoting the company's services and products.

7. Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills.

**Required experience**: 2+ years of experience working in automobile industry (petrol/diesel engines) as technician or mechanics, preferably speaking local language/Hindi

**Travel**: Travel is required for this position for product demos, repairs etc

**Qualification**: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
