The IT Project Coordinator/Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within specified timelines and budget constraints. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Risk Management Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as necessary.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to achieve project goals.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide timely and clear responses to client inquiries.
- Project Closure: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and archived appropriately.
- Proven experience in project management in the IT industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (optional but preferred).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
