**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:
Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies.

Social Media Management:
Schedule and publish posts on different social media channels.

Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.

Campaign Support:
Support the execution of social media marketing campaigns.

Help in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics.

Audience Engagement:
Foster community engagement by responding to audience comments, questions, and messages.

Participate in discussions and interact with followers.

Research and Trends:
Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends.

Analytics and Reporting:
Assist in monitoring social media analytics and generate regular reports.

Provide insights into key performance indicators and suggest improvements.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

Work closely with other team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Social Media Advertising:
Assist in creating and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.

Monitor and optimize ad performance.

Brand Consistency:
Ensure brand consistency in all social media content and communications.

Learning and Development:
Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance social media marketing skills.

Seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Requirements**:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.) or recent graduate.

Strong interest in social media marketing and digital communications.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities.

Basic understanding of social media analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
