**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Social Media Executive, your primary role is to manage and enhance our online presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Curation**:Develop creative and compelling content for social media platforms.
Curate relevant and shareable content from various sources.

**Platform Management**:Manage and administer social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.

**Audience Engagement**:Foster and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
Implement strategies to increase audience interaction and participation.

**Campaign Development**:Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports.
Interpret data to measure the success of social media strategies and make data-driven decisions.

**Trend Monitoring**:Stay abreast of industry trends and social media best practices.
Identify opportunities for innovation and creative storytelling.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.

**Social Media Advertising**:Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on results.

**Brand Advocacy**:Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
Identify and engage potential brand ambassadors.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
