**Job Title**: Motor Insurance Operations Executive

**Location**:Goregoan East, Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage motor insurance policies from start to finish, including processing and documentation.
- Generate links for customers to purchase policies online.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all policies are accurately processed and documented.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the policy issuance process.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all motor insurance products and regulations.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the insurance operations process.
- Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 1 years of experience in motor insurance operations
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance, including premium discounting
- Experience with online policy generation and link creation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in relevant software programs, including Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
