As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Executive to join our team.

Position: Insurance Executive - Transport Industry

Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment - Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement insurance strategies to protect the company's assets and interests in the transport industry.
- Manage the end-to-end insurance process, including policy renewals, claims handling, and negotiating insurance contracts.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend risk mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations.
- Evaluate and select insurance providers based on their track record, coverage options, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on insurance-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in insurance and risk management.
- Analyze insurance data and prepare reports for management to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (Minimum 5 years) as an Insurance Executive or a similar role in the transport industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations related to the transport sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate potential risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with insurance providers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in insurance-related software.
- Certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) would be an advantage.
