**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Arranging daily huddle meetings and managing the minutes of every meet.
- Stocking up materials for in-house ware when required.
- Daily follow up to be done with storekeeper in order to check on stocks.
- Checking on Manpower in the production and proper balance of work is managed.
- Research potential vendors
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
- Prepare cost analyses sheet
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

**Required Competencies**:

- Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of market research
- Solid organizational skills
- BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers both English & Hindi.

Timing: 9:30am - 7:00pm
