**Data Input**: Entering data accurately into computer systems or databases from various sources such as paper documents, electronic files, or verbal instructions.
- **Data Verification**: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing information before and after entry. This may involve cross-checking data against source documents to identify and correct errors.
- **Data Maintenance**: Updating, editing, and maintaining existing data in databases or systems to ensure all information is current and relevant.
- **Data Organization**: Organizing and categorizing data to ensure it is easy to retrieve and analyze. This might include creating structured files, spreadsheets, or database entries.
- **Filing and Document Management**: Managing and maintaining digital or physical files, ensuring that documents are properly stored, indexed, and accessible when needed.
- **Handling Confidential Information**: Ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive or private data, following company policies and legal requirements for data protection.
- **Data Cleansing**: Identifying and eliminating duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate data entries to improve the quality of the data stored in systems.
- **Data Conversion**: Converting data from one format to another, such as from paper to digital format, or from one software system to another.
- **Generating Reports**: Creating basic reports or summaries based on entered data, and presenting the data in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Assisting with Data Analysis**: Supporting data analysts or other team members by providing accurate and updated data, or helping to prepare data for analysis.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
