**Job Description: Data entry Operator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into Tally ERP and other data management systems.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Verify accuracy of data before entering and ensure timely data updates.
- Generate invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and statements.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and reporting.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and financial information.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory experience in Tally.**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or diploma in commerce/accounting preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role with Tally.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,Tally).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
