**Job Title and Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Light Lab Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Faridabad-based Light Lab, which serves as our office, product design and development facility, and small-quantity manufacturing workshop. This role involves ensuring smooth workflows, timely delivery of projects, and high-quality output while fostering a disciplined, motivated, and skilled team environment.

**Education and Experience**
- Diploma/Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Electrical & Electronic or related field.
- Minimum 1 to Maximum 3 Years of experience in Production & Quality department
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

**Essential Job Functions**
- **Team & Workflow Management**: Lead and manage the Light Lab team with daily reviews, effective task delegation, and optimal resource utilization.
- **Design & Development Oversight**: Review and validate designs and BOMs, ensuring alignment with standards and timely approvals.
- **Procurement Coordination**: Coordinate with purchase and inventory teams for stock checks, procurement, and vendor management.
- **Production Management**: Plan and prioritize production tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and quality control at all stages.
- **Quality Assurance & Maintenance**: Oversee equipment upkeep, process improvements, and packaging standards for reliable dispatch.
- **Manpower Planning**: Strategically allocate manpower for lab operations and site work, adjusting for seasonal workload variations.
- **Delivery & Installation Management**: Monitor dispatches, coordinate client communication, and oversee installation support.
- **Training & Development**: Conduct regular training to boost team capabilities and operational efficiency.
- **Client & Sales Support**: Ensure timely sample delivery, storage, and upkeep to support sales initiatives.
- **Reporting & Communication**: Provide regular updates to the Team Lead and escalate critical issues when needed.
- **Team Well-being & Discipline**: Promote a positive, disciplined, and motivated work environment throughout the year.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
