
Strategic Alliances Partner

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Partnership Development**
- Identify and onboard potential strategic or channel partners for the education ERP platform.
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions, tech solution providers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-sharing models, and contractual terms.
2. **Collaboration and Strategy Execution**
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and operations) to align partnership goals with business objectives.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand market reach and drive mutual growth.
- Co-create campaigns and go-to-market strategies with partners to generate leads and close deals.
3. **Sales Enablement and Training**
- Equip channel partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively promote and sell the ERP system.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product features, updates, and competitive advantages.
- Support partners in demo presentations and proposal development.
4. **Account Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all channel partner and alliance-related activities.
- Monitor partner performance, resolve conflicts, and address challenges to ensure a smooth collaboration.
- Develop joint business plans and periodic reviews to track and improve partner performance.
5. **Market and Competitive Analysis**
- Research and analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities in the education ERP space.
- Provide partners with insights on emerging trends and features to maintain a competitive edge.
6. **Revenue Generation and Reporting**
- Meet partnership-driven revenue targets through channel sales.
- Generate and track sales leads via partners and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Forecast partnership growth and evaluate ROI for strategic initiatives.
7. **Compliance and Governance**
- Ensure that all partnership agreements and transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Protect intellectual property and maintain confidentiality within strategic alliances.
8. **Product Feedback Loop**
- Collect feedback from partners and end-users to share with the product team for ongoing improvements.
- Act as a liaison between the partner and internal teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise in strategic alliances, channel sales, or partner management.
- Ability to negotiate, collaborate, and manage multiple relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
