**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support of Multiple Logistics Systems. (Warehouse Management Systems, Repair workshop systems, Transport Management Systems).
- Triage of Incidents and manage through to resolution using IBM SCCD.
- Learning new systems and skills to best support the Business and operational teams.
- Proactive Monitoring and Alerting.
- Driving the resolution of the incidents received to avoid any SLA breaches
- Reporting on the daily, weekly and monthly incidents and service requests received and resolved.
- To provide analysis on the incidents to understand the root causes and potential fixes to avoid repeat issues.
- The management of and addition to training documentation.
- Maintain the rota and leave for the offshore team to ensure cover is provided as required including for out of hours support.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- A degree in the field of computer science or similar.
- ITIL Foundation or higher.
- A high level of skill in Excel/Google sheets.

**Desirable**
- Other professional IT qualifications/ Certifications would be an advantage.

**Experience**:
**Essential**
- 8-10 years working within an IT Application Support Team or strong background in other IT areas.
- Work experience with Warehouse Systems / Logistics Systems (any)
- Knowledge of IBM SCCD or similar helpdesk/incident management tool.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL to be able to query and investigate database issues.
- Knowledge of Linux Operating system and commands.
- JDA Warehouse Management system (WMS) experience or similar warehouse management experience (SAP WM/eWM)
- Business knowledge of Logistics processes.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of EC2 and RDS cloud watch in Amazon Web Services.
