**Your role**:
**Implementation and Configuration**:

- **Understand the warehouse management requirements and configure the Manhattan WMOS/Active software to meet business requirement.**:

- **Lead and assist in the implementation process, including system setup, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.**:

- **Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of WMOS solution.**:

- **Should have gone through multiple customer lifecycle implementation process including hypercare and post go live support.**:

- **Should have experience in leading small teams to ensure customer deliverables.**:

- **Hands On experience on SQL, Putty**:

- **Hands On experience in reporting tool SCI (IBM Cognos)**

**Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and utilization of the Manhattan WM system. Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and system configuration documentation.**

**Support and Issue Resolution: Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Manhattan WM system. Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address system bugs, performance bottlenecks, and operational challenges.**
