**Job Description**:

- Overall, 10+ years of experience in delivering testing services (functional / non-functional) to large clients. Have experience in TOSCA and selenium.
- Strong knowledge of testing lifecycle. Telco domain Knowledge is must..
- Must have experience on Test Rail, Jira tool, HP ALM.
- Experience in preparing estimates for new business opportunities..
- Expert in test planning, developing test strategy, QA Metrics Collation / Reporting, Project Effort Estimation, leading the test phases, including approach, scoping & planning, resources, scheduling, environments, risks, issues, progress, and metrics reporting to program leadership team..
- Governs testing planned and conducted by the individual TMs to confirm consistency in quality management.
- Standardizing and enhancing the testing quality assurance environment by developing and maintaining testing standards and recommending improvements to testing practices.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and represent the account to leadership..
- Needs to have good discipline, ability to take responsibility, be committed, and take accountability and ownership.. Excellent communication.
- Good hands on - People Management & Test Management skills
