Personal Assistant

The personal assistant should be able to do the following:
1. Administrative Tasks
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics
- Handling phone calls and correspondence
- Organizing files (digital and physical)
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Data entry and database management
2. Travel & Logistics
- Booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Creating detailed travel itineraries
- Managing visas, passports, and travel documents
- Coordinating airport transfers and rental cars
3. Communication & Liaison
- Acting as a point of contact between the employer and others
- Screening calls and prioritizing messages
- Managing social media or public relations (if required)
4. Personal Errands & Lifestyle Support
- Running personal errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Managing household staff (cleaners, chefs, drivers)
- Organizing personal events (birthdays, family gatherings)
- Handling personal shopping (gifts, clothing, gadgets)
5. Financial & Business Support
- Expense tracking and budget management
- Processing invoices and payments
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping
- Researching vendors, suppliers, or business opportunities
6. Miscellaneous Support
- Researching topics for personal or professional needs
- Organizing and decluttering workspaces
- Providing reminders for important deadlines
- Handling confidential documents securely
