**Skill & Description**

**SINUMERIK Programming**
- Proficiency in Siemens' programming languages and cycles (e.g., ShopMill, ShopTurn, SINUMERIK)

**CAD/CAM Software**
- Ability to work with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, SolidWorks) to create models and tool paths

**Multi-Axis Programming**
- Knowledge of programming 4-axis, 5-axis, or more complex machining operations

**Advanced Machining Techniques**
- Expertise in high-precision, multi-step machining processes, and cycle time optimization

**Troubleshooting**
- Ability to solve programming and machine errors, understanding of Siemens-specific error codes

**Machine Setup & Calibration**
- Understanding machine setup, offsets, tool calibration, and alignment procedures

**Automation & Integration**
- Familiarity with machine integration with robotics and other automation systems

**Documentation & Communication**
- Ability to write and communicate clear work instructions and technical reports

**Attention to Detail**
- Ensuring high precision in machining operations with tight tolerances

**Material Properties**
- Understanding material behavior and its impact on machining parameters

**Post-Processing & Simulation**
- Proficiency in post-processing and simulating CNC programs to avoid errors

**Safety Awareness**
- Knowledge of CNC safety protocols and best practices
