Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and other relevant teams to facilitate a smooth transition for newly hired employees, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

High level of professionalism and integrity, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
