Job Title: Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad/Work form Home Experience - 6 month -2 year Department: Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruiter to join our consultancy team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various clients across industries. The role demands strong communication skills, ability to work with deadlines, and good coordination between clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail. Source suitable candidates using portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and references. Screen and shortlist candidates through resumes and telephonic discussions. Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Maintain candidate database and update daily reports. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for long-term association. Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates. Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of sourcing tools (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media). Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Strong coordination and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent. Prior experience in recruitment consultancy (preferred).
