Office Location: Pune/Remote Work Timing: 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Own Time Tracking Process and Tool.
- Identify and resolve gaps in Time Management Process and policies.
- Ensure employees login at their designated shift timing.
- Anomalies in login time and working hours to be resolved as well as informed and escalated as per matrix.
- Handling mails and couriers.
- Vendor Management.
- Ensuring smooth and on-time logistics operations.
- Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for staff.
- Responsible for end-to-end Background Check Process. - Responsible for end-to-end Group Health Insurance.
- Responsible for procuring and delivering Gifts, onboarding kits, and company merchandise through Gifting Partner and Various online portals
- Assist in complying with ISO requirements.
- Lead and drive conducting company events.
- Assist in rolling out Surveys and collecting NPS organization-wide.
- Be the SPOC between internal and external stakeholders.
- Own asset management.
- Ensure that the logistics vendors are paid on time as per Pay terms.
- Deliver Ad hoc Requests.
- Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment.
- Handle logistics for events like for offsite programs, and townhalls.
- Create budgets for events, travel etc.
- Ensure travel authorizations, and accommodations as per the budgets.
- Assist in searching for office spaces for the company.

- Work experience of 4-8 years in administrative role.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, positive.
- Should possess excellent negotiation skills.
