Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform User Administration, role creation/modification, and authorization management across SAP systems.
- Monitor and manage batch jobs, system intercommunication, and support packs or DB patch upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Operations & Maintenance (O&M) issues related to roles and authorizations.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in SAP Security and BASIS administration, including user/role management and authorization concepts.
- Knowledge of Transport Management System (TMS), OSS, SNOTE, and batch job monitoring.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori administration and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical skills in user tracing, authorization logs, and interface troubleshooting.
- SAP Certiification
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, high-demand support environment.
